A project with fabcreative.studio runs in seven steps: 1. Discovery call to understand the brand, the goal, and where the content will be used. 2. Proposal and fixed quote. 3. Pre-production: concept, shot list, and shoot schedule. 4. The shoot. 5. Edit, color grade, and a first cut for review. 6. Revisions. 7. Final delivery in every agreed format.

A hotel brand film is delivered 2 to 3 weeks after the shoot. Social media content is delivered 4 to 6 working days after the shoot.

Crew size depends on the project. Fabiana Mena can shoot solo, which suits cafes, social content, and discreet hotel shoots. For brand films we recommend adding an assistant, and larger productions are staffed with a full crew scaled to the budget.

We need a short brief, brand guidelines, and one point of contact on site. The brief should cover the goal, the platforms, and any must-have shots. On the day, spaces should be prepared and access confirmed for every location on the shot list.

Every project at fabcreative.studio is quoted individually. The price depends on four things: number of shoot days, crew size, number of deliverables, and how the content will be used. You receive a fixed quote before anything is booked.

Both. Cafes, restaurants, and smaller brands can choose from set content packages. Hotels and larger productions receive a custom quote built around the brief.

A 50% deposit confirms the shoot date, and the remaining 50% is due on final delivery.

The client receives a full license to use the final content on their own channels and in paid advertising. fabcreative.studio keeps the copyright and the right to show the work in its portfolio.

Raw footage is not included in a standard project. It is available for an additional fee.

Yes. Fabiana Mena travels for shoots in the GCC, Europe, and Mexico. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately from the production fee.

It depends on the location. Filming inside a hotel, restaurant, or other private property needs the permission of that property. Public spaces and landmarks need prior permission from the authority that manages them, and restricted areas cannot be filmed. We confirm what each location requires during pre-production.

fabcreative.studio does not offer drone filming. Drone flights in Qatar are regulated by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, which requires registration, a licence, and an operating permit, so aerial footage has to come from a licensed drone operator.

fabcreative.studio works in English and Spanish.
